The data in Excel reports generated by Oracle will not be displayed correction until your Windows settings have been updated as follows:

1. Search for Regional Settings in your Windows task bar

2. Select Additional date, time & regional settings

3. Select Change date, time or number formats

4. Select Additional settings...

5. Go to List separator and enter the following symbol: ~

6. Apply

7. OK
