- The person’s details appear. Click on the EDIT button
(see above) & then make the updates to any of the highlighted
yellow fields where applicable.
- Once all information has been entered, click Save.
- Type in the Reason why you made this update in the section provided. (see below screen shot).
- Click on the OK button.
Then click Yes to save the changes.
- Your changes will have been logged into the database and added
to the approval Pending list of the designated approval persons.
- Once they approve the entry, it will then appear in the Connected Parties Module.
