- When a NON-MN Cyprus user performs an amendment, and there is NO approver for that BU, then only MN Cyprus users can approve it.

- However if MN Cyprus approvers are not informed via email by the user, they will not know since the screen by default shows only the amendments of the Approver BU. Then, MN Cyprus approvers must change the BU on the top based on the BU of the user who performed the amendment.
