STEP 1
 :


Only designated Approval persons can approve new entries or amendments.

 

Approval persons can view any entries pending for their business sectors via the 

Approval Person > Amendments menu option as shown below: 



- Please carefully review each request checking for obvious mistakes or duplications.  


- Please also request evidence for the change from the person who made the entry. 
This might be an email exchange or documentation (such as an invoice). 



STEP 2 :


- To approve an entry click on the Green button. The entry will be removed from the list and the changes will be shown in the respective person / company entry in the Connected Parties. 



- To reject an entry please click on the Red button. You are then prompted to enter a reason.  

   Enter your comments are appropriate and press OK.  

 

- An email is then sent to the person who requested the change for their information. 

 

- The entry is then removed from the list and the changes are NOT implemented in the Connected     Parties. 



- A history of all approved or rejected amendments can be seen in the applicable Person / Company entry by going to the Amendments tab and then selecting ‘completed’ radio button as shown below.  Entries that were rejected are marked in grey.
