Pls record all Vaccinations administered whilst in port via the Oracle schedule screen for the respective vessel.
For each port call you will now find a ‘vaccination info’ button. Pls complete the form in the pop-up window.
Please only make your entry once the vaccinations have taken place & make sure you select the correct schedule entry / row.
