How is the place of engagement determined when issuing the contract (SEA)?

When generating the SEA:
- System checks for a connected flight booking with status ‘PTA Received’. If found, system will use the departure airport as ‘place of engagement’
- If no approved connected flight can be found, system would show ‘nearest airport’ from seafarers file as ‘place of engagement’
