EMAIL FROM OCT 2024:

As you may have noticed, the new screen for recording vessel Internet setups is now available in Oracle.
Following the survey conducted over the past few months, we have updated the records in Oracle for vessels where clients have provided the requested information. These vessels are listed in the first attachment.
In the next CrewCompanion update, this information will be displayed to the crew on vessels confirmed to have Internet access.
The second attachment lists vessels for which we still do not have information about Internet availability for crew members. Please follow up with your clients or vessel masters to gather this information. They can submit the details through either of the following methods:
  • Complete the online form
  • For multiple vessels, they can use the attached Excel form (3rd attachment).
Once you’ve received the information, please notify the Sec Pool so the vessel records can be updated in Oracle.
