How do I track document locations?

- Open the Seafarers section and select the relevant seafarer’s profile.
- Go to the Documents tab and locate the document entry.
- Scroll down to find the Document Location field.
- Choose the appropriate location from the dropdown menu:
- In Office: The document is stored at the company’s office.
- On Board: The document has been received on the vessel.
- Sent by Mail: The document has been dispatched.
- Delivered: The document has reached its final recipient.
- Once the document reaches its final destination, update the Final Destination Date field.
- Click Save to store the changes.
