ENCRYPTED SEAFARER'S FILE

When the seafarer is not in Status 5 or, Status 6 and the GDPR Consent form is not uploaded then, his / her file becomes encrypted due to the GDPR rules.

In Oracle, an encrypted file looks like this.

In such a case, a request to decrypt the seafarer’s file needs to be sent to email address [email protected].
