CREATE A DOCUMENT ENTRY 


Click on the green symbol ‘+’ on the bar below the menu. 


 

 

In the Description field, press CTRL-L, to get a list of all documents available in Oracle.

Select the Document required by scrolling down the list and click OK. 

Or, type a few letters before the symbol ‘%’ and press the button ‘Find’. A list of documents where their Description starts with the letters you entered will be displayed.

If you type the letters after the % symbol, you will be all documents that have these letters anywhere within their description. 

 

Once, you find the document, click on it and press OK. 

Enter “Country of Issue”, “Document No.”, “Issued/Valid From” and “Expiry Date”. 

The scanned copy of the document is uploaded in the Image “Uploading section”

Click the arrow in the red box to locate the file and click Open. 

Any Remarks can be entered in the Remarks tab / section. 

 

 

 

When you are sure that all details and the correct image is selected, then save your entry by pressing CTRL – L on your keyboard. 


If not sure, just click on the back arrow on the bar below the Menu to exit the screen without saving.

This button can also be used for saving your entry by clicking on the Yes button. 

In case, the details of a document is available but the image is missing, you can still make the entry and tick the box “Follow up” before saving same.

The new entry now appears in the main window and, also under the corresponding Category.

Above procedure is applied for all documentation entries.
