Go to search > crew change vacancies option.
Add all the data you need in the various fields. The more data you add the narrower the search will become, and you’ll find more specific vacancies.
In order to generate the report:
- Click on the ‘paper clip’ icon (step 1)
- Select the ‘excel file’ option (step 2)
- Click the ‘ok’ button (step 3)
Your results will appear in an excel file as follows:

FYI, we made a few minor changes to the Excel export of this report:
- Order was changed to be more logical / readable
- Additional info / columns added
- Nationality of crew as per Lineup
- Info about crew proposed to the vacancy (but not approved yet)
- Engine control status (mechanical / electronical)
Orange columns = Position / Crew change related information
Blue columns = Offsigner related information
Green columns = Proposal related information
Yellow columns = Grp / Vessel related information
Another way to check for specific vacancies for your agency would be via the Crew Change screen itself. Filter the screen results as follows:
- Groups = AA (all grp)
- Vacancies radio button selected
- Agent = select your own agency
