For better control, follow up and transparency, all available candidates should be added to your own standby pool.
This includes:
- Candidates that are proposed for specific vacancies and
- Candidates that are processed, available, but not yet proposed for specific vacancies (POOLING)
That why we all have a better overview of which candidates are available, and who is currently working on them.
Pls kindly familiarize yourselves with the applicable procedures (see below)
In order to add seafarers to your standby pool, please follow these instructions:
Click on the 'Add to Standby Pool' button
And then click 'Yes'
The seafarer will then be added to your pool - Status 5.
Whilst the seafarer(s) are on status 5, you will be able to propose them for a particular assignment.
