There is now an option to issue owners documents together with the Employment Offer in addition to the contract. This feature can be especially useful for any specific owners requirements that the seafarer needs to be aware of at the time of accepting the offer.

To make use of this feature, please follow these steps: 
  • First, create a new Customer Requirement entry. 
  • Next, select the new category: EMPLOYMENT OFFER (ADDITIONAL DOCS TO BE ISSUED). 
  • Then, select the applicable vessels as normal. 
  • Finally, upload the documents and tick the new 'issued with E/O' box






PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WILL NOT WORK IF YOU CREATE MULTIPLE ENTRIES WITH THIS CATEGORY.  ALL DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE UPLOADED IN ONE ENTRY.
