You need to specify the minimum main national license requirements for each position taking into consideration Safe Manning and Customer requirements
Note: this applies to both safe manning and none safe manning positions

Once correctly setup, the system will warn you in case of non-compliance for the crew presently on board and lined up (see columns OK for SMC? and Valid for Dur of SEA?)
