Post PTA Activities
At the ‘Post PTA Activities’, the user can approve, cancel or rebook the flight request. You can approve the flight booking once the Traveller(s) reach their destination. Once you select the appropriate post PTA Activity, you have to press the ‘Submit the Post PTA Decision’ button. The options ‘Cancel Part’ and ‘Re-book Part’ is used for selected Travellers. The options ‘Cancel Part’ and ‘Re-book Part’ is not used for the PTA Details. You can’t rebook a selected routing. If the travellers for any reason lost one of the routings, then you have to cancel or rebook the whole PTA.
In case you selected one ‘Post PTA Activity’ and you pressed the ‘Submit the Post PTA Decision’ button by mistake, there the system requests a confirmation and you can select the appropriate option.
Re-Booked Flight Requests
When a user enters to a rebooked flight request, then can’t change the Destinations (From - To) because there is already PTA for this flight request. For the same reason you can’t cancel the flight request BUT you have to cancel the PTA, at the post PTA Activities (Step 5).
Additional Booking Requested
If the status of the request is ‘Additional Booking Requested’, then you have to wait until the Travel Assistant submits the additional flight options in order to insert additional amendments.
If for any reason, the Crewing Dept dispatched the amendments by mistake then please contact Travelling Section to change the status of the request in order to be able to submit the new amendments.
