Fast Flight Search

The ‘Fast Flight Search’ was designed in order to make the communication between Travelling Section and the other Departments faster. If you need something for a specific flight booking, then you have to call the appropriate Travel assistant and tell her this flight request number.

At this screen the user has the option to see if there is any previous flight request, or if there is a recent flight request. The user has the option to go directly to any of those flight requests. 

Also, in case you want to view related flight requests, of a selected flight request number, you can press the “Previous Flight Requests” button.

History

By choosing the ‘History’ menu, the above screen will be presented which shows all the past flight requests that have been approved (completed), cancelled, rebooked or marked as ‘No Show’.

The following colours are used:

• Flight Approved - Completed
• PTA – Request for Rebooking
• Flight Request Cancelled
• PTA Cancelled
• Flight Completed – Approved (Part Routing)
• PTA Received - Part Routing Cancel

Double-clicking on each record allows the user to view all the details of a particular flight booking.
