Crew are marked for promotion during the debriefing process
to find such seafarers, go to Seafarer Search report under the Search menu
Enter any other search parameters as required (such as status, agency, rank and availability). Once done, execute the report by pressing (bottom right):

Double click on the seafarer name to enter his record. Results can also also be generated as a PDF or Excel file using the following options (top left)
