There is an extra tab called “Trvl Team”
The system shows the travel assistant responsible for this flight request, plus the travel assistants, that can help in case of emergency.
For urgent assistance, there is a button called “Need Assistance”.
By pressing this button the system generates one email, with the details of the flight request and recipients, the travelling team.
