In order to create a flight, the seafarer (or PAX) should be on an active status, i.e. 5, 6 or 0. But there is no reason to sign on the PAX in Oracle.
You can......
- Create a temp passenger position
- Connect your PAX to that position in the crew change screen
- Create flights, select who’s to pay for this flight (owner and/or crew member)
- Once you get confirmation that the PAX is on board, approve the flight.
- Once the person then goes home, you may remove them from your crew change screen.
